As you are all well aware, 30 Days video has now appeared online, if you’ve not seen it then why not!? See the post below and give it a view (or 30!)
A few smaller stories floating around the web. Olly Murs has seemingly given up on Cheryl Cole and has moved onto planning to gatecrash Rochelle’s hen-do and make a move on our very own Mollie King … not before we make a move first I think!
Secondly as you have probably seen Frankie and Vanessa are to appear on the ITV2 show Celebrity Juice. The show is due to air on ITV2 on 3rd May, so make sure you tune into that one!
Rochelle is a co-host of the Rays Of Sunshine concert taking place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on 7th June. JLS and Pixie Lott are a part of the lineup.
It’s also our 4th birthday tomorrow … 7th April … a small post will be posted tomorrow about us. Might cover some similar ground for those who have been with us since day 1 .. if so we thank you so much! But for the new visitors it will explain how we came about as we celebrate the 4th year
Talking concerts The Saturdays are the headliners at this years in:Demand Live taking place on 20th May at Glasgow’s SECC.

We will restore our other videos ASAP
Video Premiere: 30 Days
Not sure if @thesaturdays where expecting this, or if they where it was kept under wraps. MTV aired ‘On The Set’ this afternoon of the 30 Days Music video.
Universal Music have removed this video, and subsequently our account has been deleted … watch this space …
On The Set …
See above message …
What is annoying is that we’ve always worked close with certain people at Universal Music, so I’d imagine this is just a generic take-down notice done by someone else. We shall see what we can find out here!
Sorry its a little late in getting online, I was out this afternoon with a couple members of TeamSats! Please leave us your comments on the video below
Una and Family in Hello!
Sorry for the delay in posting this, been in Bournemouth for Wave 105 – Live! I’m sure those on our twitter/facebook accounts have seen a couple of pictures that I posted from the event!
Una and Ben and of course baby Aoife appeared in the magazine this week, for an exclusive Interview and adorable pictures of the new family! The magazine is out now to buy in shops, but Hello have published a few pictures and snippets from the article.
The Saturdays star Una Healy and her England rugby star fiancé Ben Foden have given an exclusive interview and photos to HELLO! magazine following the birth of their first child, daughter Aoife Belle Foden.
Speaking for the first time since Aoife’s arrival on March 13, they reveal all about the birth and how the baby has transformed their lives.
And they talk for the first time about a health scare endured when the baby was just 24 hours old.
Besotted new mum Una tells HELLO!: “There hasn’t been a dull moment since she was born, what with the feeding and the changing and the visitors and the hours we spend just gazing at her, taking in every little expression.
“During the night, I’ll wake up, even when she’s sound asleep, and sneak a peek.
“She’ll be lying there, with her tiny hands up by her face – she’s so ladylike – and my heart could burst with love for her.”
In the interview, Ben reveals that he cried when he met his daughter for the first time.
“I’m not one to blub, but I did well up the first time I set eyes on her,” he says. “Mainly, though, I just felt really, really excited.”
“I’m usually really laid back, but when Aoife was being lifted out, I really couldn’t contain myself.
“I couldn’t wait to hold her. I felt a bit bad because I just kind of abandoned Una and went rushing over. I cut the umbilical cord and that was really special.”
But the couple also revealed that their tiny daughter had a health scare just 24 hours after being born.
“Aoife had some fluid stuck in her lungs and when we fed her, she kept bringing it up, but on this occasion it was forcefully. Then she started choking and was holding her breath,” explains Ben.
“We went into panic and pushed the emergency button and the next thing we knew, our baby was whisked away and there were alarm bells ringing and staff running around.”
“I was screaming,” adds Una. “It was the worst moment of my life. There’s this precious little person who you would die for and you just can’t bear to think of anything happening to her.”
Thankfully, the fluid was released and Aoife was fine.
To read more of the interview, including what Una’s bandmates bought for the baby, her thoughts on losing the pregnancy weight and the inspiration behind Aoife’s traditional Irish name, pick up the latest copy of HELLO!, out now.

The guys over at @PopJustice have given 30 days their review, give it a read below. Importantly the release date is now May 14th and gets its first play TOMORROW MORNING between 8.30-9.00am. LincsFM are saying they are playing it first, I’m sure the likes of Capital and Rado 1 won’t be too far behind! Here’s PopJustice’s take:
We’ve been hammering the new Saturdays single over the last couple of weeks. It’s a song about waiting to have a kiss and a cuddle. The chorus goes “thirty days to us, oh-hoah-oh, thirty days to love, oh-hoah-oh”.
The “oh-hoah-oh” bits are what this song is all about, to be honest.
“Oh-hoah-oh” might be the best sound (EXCEPT ALL OF ‘ALL FIRED UP’) that The Saturdays have ever made.
Many centuries from now when the dust has settled on the 2002-2018 girlband era and the history of the 21st century is being written it may well be noted that “oh-hoah-oh” is The Saturdays’ answer to Girls Aloud’s ‘Call The Shots’ “oh-ooh-oh-ooh-oh” Jimmy Savile moment.
The other key part of ’30 Days’ is a drum fill that sounds a bit like someone throwing a potato into a bin from across the room. We wanted to feature a one-second clip of the potato-in-the-bin bit but we weren’t allowed because apparently the one second clip would fuck up the coming-very-soon-indeed first radio play. It is a shame because we like it a lot. You will hear it soon enough though.
The rest of the song – a rather upbeat raveular sort of pop blowout with a little more sparkle and subtlety than a couple of the band’s more recent tunes – kind of drapes itself around the oh-hoah-oh and potato moments, and drape itself it does rather well.
It’s out on May 14 and it sounds extremely good when the sun is out.

A message from Frankie
The girls official site have posted a message from @FrankieTheSats in responce to the forthcoming interview with Glamour Magazine about her time in rehab recovering from depression as the media was reporting yesterday. Frankie’s message is reproduced below:
Hi guys,
I just wanted to write you a personal note about the recent interview I did for this month’s issue of Glamour magazine, which focuses on my experience with depression. Opening up and talking about something so personal wasn’t easy, but I wanted to set the record straight and share my story in the hope that it will encourage other people suffering from the condition to get help.
I’m now proud to front the MIND campaign for better mental health. If you or someone you care about is suffering from depression and you would like to get help or advice, then visit the website at www.mind.org.uk/campaigns.
For the record, I want you all to know how much your love and support has meant to me. Saturdays fans rock!
Love Frankie xx
