News Roundup: 10th November

thesatsgetthelook

Right, sorry. It’s been a tad quiet around here recently, not too much has been going on, but I have missed some stuff so will bring everything up to speed, or try to at least!

As per the previous post, Frankie moves onto next weeks Strictly from Blackpool, despite being upset with her dance. You can catch the video below (and the Introduction with the rest of the girls!)

Rochelle talks about Frankie on Strictly and how she doesn’t plan to go on there, and her upcoming role hosting Children In Need this coming Friday with the Express.

Frankie talks up having more children, “It’s definitely something we want to do although right this moment would not be a good time obviously. Lately the thought of three seems really sweet.”

Frankie is also supporting Save The Children’s Christmas 2014 campaign, wear your Christmas Jumper to work on Friday 12th December! More details at Save The Children.

Rochelle’s new Very range seems to be out soon (or now?) and herself and Marvin are also fronting a Pandora appeal too!

I’ve probably missed bits and pieces, but that seems to be the last week summed up. As for new music, rumours are abound that Rochelle is leading a new single from LuvBug in the new year, which might or might not lead onto something more solo for her. Not had anything confirmed to us, just reading what is going around online.

Radio City Christmas Live!

Is it nearly Christmas already? That’s a scary thought. But the first Christmas Concerts are slowly being announced, I fully expect our girls to be at a few, and they are already confirmed at one!

The first one up is Liverpool’s Radio City ChristmasLive! The girls are confirmed to be performing, the event takes place on Wednesday 10th December at the Echo Arena.

Tickets are on sale now, priced between £30.25 and £79.00 (plus fees), all details can be found on the Radio City ChristmasLive website!

Hopefully this is the first of a few that they will be at over Christmas.

Rochelle – Strictly Come Dancing

Hope your Christmas Spirit is in full swing!

This evening our lovely Rochelle appeared on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, you can check her out below:

What do you think of her moves? If you missed Rochelle and the rest of the girls performing ‘What About Us’ on Top Of The Pops, scroll down for that one 🙂

Confirmed: Rochelle on Strictly Xmas Special

RochelleHumes

As we reported yesterday, it was confirmed yesterday evening that our very own Rochelle is to appear on the Christmas special of Strictly Come Dancing.

She’ll be competing against radio DJ Sara Cox (who’s dancing with pro Robin Windsor), West End legend Elaine Paige (who’s teaming up with Pasha Kovalev), Bros singer Matt Goss (who is partnered with Aliona Vilani), ‘EastEnders’ actor Ricky Norwood (who has got Janette Manrara) and comedian Rufus Hound (who has been given last year’s winner, Flavia Cacace).

The announcement, made on this evening’s edition of BBC Two’s It Takes Two,   also confirmed that Sir   Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly would be back on presenting duties, with judges Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood on hand to give out the scores.

Happy Holidays!

Hey all, sorry I’m a bit late with this, I’ve basically been in bed with a virus since the 24th December and still fighting it off now 🙁

Either way I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday period, those who celebrate Christmas got some wonderful presents and most importantly that everyone spent some quality time with those loved ones 🙂

2013 is nearly upon us, and the girls have a lot in the pipeline it seems!

Una was on an RTE1 program in Ireland called ‘Around the Corner’ which goes outside of Ireland can watch on the RTE website so make sure you catch that. I’m also led to believe that Mollie made a (very brief) appearance on the Spice Girls documentary which I will dig up when I eventually get out of bed!

Merry Christmas from the Humes!

Here’s a lovely early christmas presents from Rochelle and Marvin!

Our newly expecting couple posted these to her Instagram account a few days ago! I’m sure it will be an lovely time in the Humes household this Christmas as the couple prepare for their first child together. All together now awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
