Update: Rochelle has confirmed shes set to appear on a new BBC show called ‘Sweat The Small Stuff’ … more details soon (hopefully)
The girls are featuring in InTouch magazine in the USA, of which Rochelle talks about being compaired to the Spice Girls:
Giving her opinion on what she makes of The Saturdays sizing up with the Spice Girls, she said: ‘To be honest, it’s nothing but a compliment!’
But wanting herself and the girls to be known in their own right she added: ‘It’s amazing to be compared to them, but we’re very different.’
Despite claiming that they are different from the Wannabe singers, that didn’t stop Rochelle from handing out names for Vanessa White, Una Healy, Mollie King and Frankie Sandford.
Failing to give herself a nickname, Rochelle quipped: ‘Vanessa would be Party Spice, I’d say Una would be Feisty Spice, Frankie could be Flirty Spice, and Mollie would be Smiley Spice.’
As The Saturdays continue promotion their new reality TV show Chasing The Saturdays, Vanessa did little to rid her party girl title in the interview with In Touch.
Loving life Stateside,’there aren’t enough pubs’, was the only issue White listed the US as she confessed: ‘I get away with a lot.’
Not missing her spot on the dancefloor beside Vanessa, Una said that since giving birth to her little girl Aoife Belle Foden last March she’d had to slow down.
Healy said: ‘I used to be a party person, but having a hangover with a baby is horrible!’
Hoping to break into the US charts the same way boybands One Directions and The Wanted have, Frankie spoke a little about the girls’ relationship with the teen heartthrobs.
Clarifying that they share a family type union, Sandford said: ‘They’re like our brothers.
She joked: ‘When girls are screaming at them, we’re like, “Really?!” They’re just stinky boys to us!’

A new video! It’s been a good couple of months since we’ve been able to bring you a TV appearance from the girls! So here’s the girls long awaited appearance on ITV’s retake on the classic TV Surprise, Surprise. Remember ages ago we broke the news that the producers of the show where looking for members of TeamSats who warranted a place on the TV show, well the show has finally aired and you can view the show below, in HD of course

Calling US Visitors
Do you live in the USA? Are you super excited at @TheSaturdays are over there doing their thing? If so we could have a role for you on this very website. We are looking for people who can help us keep all our American visitors (and everyone else of course!) up-to-date on what is going on! [Updated] The Saturdays perform in Stoke

The girls favourite news piece the Daily Mail has posted an article of the girls performance at Stoke over the weekend:
The Saturdays took to the stage in Stoke tonight with all their usual flair, showing off their figures in tiny silver dresses as they belted out their hits.
However all the gusto in the world couldn’t disguise the fact that there was something markedly lacking in their performance.
The group was one member short, with Una Healy nowhere to be seen.
The fifth singer was busy filming new sports entertainment show Let’s Get Gold.
Mollie King, Rochelle Wiseman, Vanessa White and Frankie Sandford carried on as if nothing were different, but Una’s absence could hardly go unnoticed.
None of the girls gave any hint as to why Una was missing, with all keeping schtum on their Twitter pages as to why she didn’t show.
Una is acting as a judge on ITV’s forthcoming Let’s Get Gold, on which local sports teams will compete to win a £100,000 prize as they show off their prowess in the run up to the Olympics.
She will be joined by Andrew Flintoff, Rio Ferdinand, and Martine McCutcheon on the panel, and Vernon Kay will act as host.

All Fired Up at …. Dance Rehearsals
This weeks @TheSaturdays video sees the girls at this weeks dance rehearsals for their forthcoming shows. We see Vanessa discuss dry lips, Mollie discussing juicy apples and dancing footwear and forgetting dance routines! The girls also discuss Una and new baby Aoife plus Rochelle gets all wedding-y …. New Single Confirmed
I suggest you run over to the official site and watch the new video on the site. The video basically confirmed that the new video – shot yesterday – is for a brand new song. Seems the On Your Radar era is already over, unless of course this is part of a re-release but they are seemingly recording a lot of new material so it’s probably a new album as JLS and The Wanted who also released albums last November are already prepping new albums too, so our girls are probably doing the same!
