Mollie King goes for schoolgirl chic

@MollieTheSats was photographed last night at the popular London club Mahiki. She looked great as always but the Daily Mail’s reporting (as usual) leaves a lot to be desired.

Now that she’s a world-famous pop star, school must seem like a very long time ago for The Saturdays singer Mollie King.

But last night the 24-year-old singer channelled her inner schoolgirl as she headed out for a night on the town at London nightclub Mahiki.

Donning a pair of grey knee socks, teamed with a tiny yellow miniskirt, brown boots and top and a red satchel, Mollie grinned as she posed for photographers outside the nightspot.

Mollie looked fresh-faced on her evening out, especially given that she had just flown back from Iceland just hours before after shooting the new video for My Heart Takes Over with the rest of her Saturdays bandmates in the freezing cold country.

The group’s trip to Iceland comes as reports have emerged the girls have signed a big-money deal with US television channel E! Entertainment for their own reality TV series.

A source told the Daily Star: ‘This deal is huge for the girls. If it goes well it could transform them from a UK girl band to international stars.
