Forever Is Over was the first single from the UK girl group The Saturdays second album, Wordshaker. It was subsequently also featured on the girls 3rd album/EP release Headlines. It was released on 4th October 2009. The single peaked in the UK Singles chart at number 2. The single was originally written for the american idol winner Kelly Clarkson. The singer P!nk also expressed interest in recording the song before The Saturdays finally grabbed it from their clutches and made the song their own.
