Tours & Events

This is a collection of news from The Saturdays’ tours and other events.

All Fired Up Tour Plans, Album info

During the girls’ takeover of Capitalfm.com, they revealed that the ‘All Fired Up’ tour is going to be their biggest and best yet.

“It’s an arena tour so there are endless possibilities on the big stage,” said Una.

“We will be having loads of dancers, loads of visuals and we’ll be getting involved in all the creative meetings and making sure we’re styled up as a unit.

“We’ll be introducing out new album on the tour so it’ll be really fresh, but there’ll also be all the old classics so there will be something for all The Saturdays‘ fans.”

As for the new album, Mollie revealed that it’s a particularly special one for the girls. “It’s really personal because we’ve written half of it ourselves,” she said.

“It’s got more dance tracks like ‘Notorious’ and ‘All Fired Up’ but the whole album isn’t like that – we’ve got some classic The Saturday’s tracks on there and we’ve got ballads so there’s a little bit for everybody on it.”

Reminder that the girls are doing a LIVE Webchat this evening on CapitalFM – you can catch all the action via the CapitalFM website from 7pm

All Fired Up is out now on iTunesAmazon MP37Digital plus the CD is in store too – so get buying – they are still pushing Pixie Lott for the number one, remember to buy downloads individually, then each download counts as one sale

‘All Fired Up’ Tour – Stage Layout

Ticketmaster have posted a seating chart for @TheSaturdays forthcoming ‘All Fired Up’ tour that suggests that the stage will have a small walkway into the crowd, … check out the images below for the seating layouts

Update: Apparently the walkway is roughly 9 rows in length, if anyone can confirm this drop us a message!
Update2: Notice how a percentage of each venue is grayed out?  Are they not using the whole venue? ……

London Wembley Arena

Manchester Evening News Arena

Newcastle Metro Radio Arena

Not all the venues have a layout for The Saturdays yet, the others are just using the generic layout, hopefully they will be updated accordingly and that the walkway will be similar for all the venues, including the smaller venues such as Brighton, SECC, Cardiff and Bournemouth.

[Updated] Headlines Live! [True HD]

As promised last week @TheSaturdays Headlines Live! Show aired on Channel4 this morning, its the same video as I posted last week sadly, but this one is in far better quality, and is actually in TrueHD (not-made HD from a non-HD source) so maybe the tour will be released on bluray DVD too? Either way enjoy this viewing, its far better quality than the one last week! 🙂

This file is actually in sync for the whole video now! HD Capping is a new thing to me and it’s not gone as planned at all!

This file is captured by us – so if you embed this video on your own site, please give us a link back – it takes a lot of work to edit a HD file over a standard one – so please give us a link back, I really don’t want to put ugly tags on HD files and ruin it – thanks 🙂
