She’s one fifth of one of the country’s most famous girlbands and spends the majority of her time touring the country and performing for fans.
And while it’s no surprise she is fit and healthy, thanks to The Saturdays’ energetic dance routines, Frankie Sandford unveiled her amazingly taut stomach in the group’s new video Missing You.
Wearing a cropped white top and white shorts, Frankie walks casually through a field in the video, seemingly unaware of the attention her astonishing six pack is receiving.
The Saturdays have confirmed that their upcoming LP will be a mini album.
The group recently unveiled the title of their third studio record as Headlines. Band member Una Healy has since revealed it will be a mini album.
Discussing the group’s upcoming plans, she told RTE: “We have a mini album coming out at the end of August, loads of summer shows all over the UK , performing all the time, and that’s it really!
“And we have a book coming out in September, an autobiography about who we were before the band, how we got into the band and how it’s been until now.”
Healy also confirmed that fans can expect to see a return of the bright colours that the band wore during their first album campaign.
She told Ireland’s TV3: “We love our colour, and we went away from that for a while, and are fans were like ‘Please bring back the colour!’ So we’re bringing back the colour!”
The band will premiere the music video for the album’s trailer single ‘Missing You’ on Saturday.

The Saturdays will perform their new single at the Isle of Wight music festival this weekend.
The group recently announced details of ‘Missing You’, the first single from their forthcoming third studio album.
The band will debut the track during a one-hour set at the three-day event, which also includes Jay-Z, Blondie, Pink and Paul McCartney among others.
Saturdays member Rochelle Wisemen posted on her Twitter account: “Rehearsing for our 1 hour set at the Isle of Wight festival with our band…the first time we are performing our brand new single :)”
It was recently revealed that the group are working with producer Steve Mac on their next record.

The producer worked on the girl group’s last album Wordshaker, which spawned top ten hits ‘Fovever Is Over’ and ‘Ego’. He has also worked with artists such as Kelly Clarkson, JLS and Leona Lewis.
