Mollie named face of National Heart Month

Our very own Mollie has been announced to be the Face of National Heart Month in February 2013!

The Saturdays singer Mollie King has been appointed the face of the British Heart Foundation’s National Heart Month for February 2013. National Heart Month kicks off with Rock Up in Red on February 1, where people are encouraged to donate £2 to wear red and support the fight against heart disease.

Speaking about the announcement Mollie comments, ‘I’m thrilled to be supporting the British Heart Foundation this February by Rocking Up In Red and joining the fight against heart disease. It’s a cause very close to my heart, as my grandfather sadly passed away after suffering a heart attack when I was younger.’
