Vanessa is also at another fashion show on the same day! Vanessa will also appear at the Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester at 3pm. This in addition to being at the Queensgate Shopping Centre, Peterborough at 11am. This is in addition to Mollie being at the Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham all day. Hey all! Hope Thursday is treating you all well. We start with the MTV Hottest (we are being beaten by Little Mix here!) – MTV are doing their MTV Hottest, and its really simple and easy to vote, as its based of Twitter! You simply tweet #MTVHottest The Saturdays and a vote is counted. You can add this to EVERY tweet you do, or tweet it with your favourite Saturdays lyric. You decide, but I know some of you tweet (a lot) so if you add the hashtag and The Saturdays to end end of the tweet you will vote for the girls! We are currently low down at Number 34 .. seriously … there is a LIVE leaderboard on the MTV site which is being dominated by One Direction (hardly surprising) but we can get higher than 34 surely? So simply start tweeting, add the hashtag or just click here and VOTE VOTE VOTE 🙂 This runs until August 18th so we need to keep on voting for a while!

Secondly as you are aware the girls are filming their new music video today, so hopefully new music is close, although we all know the Gentleman music video was filmed months and months before it aired so we shall see …

Thirdly it seems Vanessa and Mollie are doing their own fashion type events – at the same weekend!. Vanessa will kick off a weekend of style at Peterborough’s shopping centre by hosting the show on Saturday 28 September at 11am. At the same time Mollie will be at the Bullring in Birmingham as part of the AW13 event hosting various shows on the 28th September. So if you are local to Peterborough or Birmingham make sure you pop down and see the girls talk fashion!

Chart Update and Lets Do Lunch!

Firstly the important news, Gentleman has been revealed in the midweek chart update from Radio 1 to be at number 8. We have another Top 10 single on our hands, and is roughly where I personally thought it would chart. The concern is that we are slipping on iTunes, so we need to get the sales up. I’m sure you have bought the EP from iTunes so please go and pick up a couple of remixes, or the remix EP and help the girls maintain their Top 10! We don’t need the follow up to a number one single not reaching the Top 10 now do we?

Mollie and Vanessa attend Supertrash Launch

Last night Mollie and Vanessa attended the London launch of the Supertrash brand.

She’s the only single member of The Saturdays, but Mollie King certainly isn’t going to be left alone to party.

The fashion-loving blonde hooked up with her bandmate Vanessa White for a girls’ night out at the launch of the new Supertrash flagship store in London on Wednesday night.

Despite being recently reunited with boyfriend Gary Salter after months with the girl group in Los Angeles, Vanessa was happy to leave his side for a night out with her girl.

While Mollie showed off her tiny waist in a clingy pink and grey knitted dress, Vanessa stood out from the crowd in a flamboyant, multi-coloured peacock-blouse and black skirt.

Ahead of their night out, Vanessa joked she would be ‘corrupting’ her bandmate.

She tweeted: ‘I bet @MollieTheSats is so excited to see me today. #corruptingherlife x.’

As usual! The second I post a news item about the girls not doing anything, BAM they come out of hiding and appear!

Last night Mollie, Frankie and Vanessa attended the premiere of the new (and final) movie in the Twilight series – Breaking Dawn, Part 2. The girls hit the red carpet in London’s Leicester Square alongside the stars of the movie Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
