[Updated] Did Frankie and Dougie split up as well?

According to an early post by The Sun, Frankie has ‘dumped’ Dougie because he liked ‘mucking about with his mates’ and Frankie ‘preferred going to West End Clubs’. It’s not got any sources to back this up on, so we’ll keep an eye out on the girls’ Twitter and so. We sure hope this is just a false rumour because there’s been far too many break ups already!

Update:
Metro.co.uk has made an article as well now, which has some ‘sources’ (friends) confirming the split. You can read it below, but I still hope it’s just a rumour as none of the girls have confirmed it, and they are usually pretty open about it!

The pair looked a picture of happiness on Friday night during Children In Need, as they cheered on their bandmates competing in a Strictly Come Dancing special.

However, Metro can reveal the segment was recorded weeks ago and Poynter has in fact been in pieces after Sandford, 21, suddenly ended their 18-month relationship last week.

A friend of the 22-year-old Party Girl singer said: ‘Dougie is devastated. He didn’t see it coming at all and still doesn’t know why. They were planning to settle down and were actually house hunting. It’s the second time Frankie has done this after she dumped him in February but came back in tears and said she made a mistake.’

Another friend of Poynter said: ‘Frankie always seems to be out partying, playing the celeb scene. The McFly lads don’t really do that.’

Meanwhile, a friend of Sandford confirmed the romance was well and truly over. ‘Frankie felt they had gone as far as they could. They split earlier this year but got back together to make things work but sadly it didn’t. Frankie has moved out of the place they shared.’

It’s the second bout of heartache in weeks for The Saturdays after Rochelle Wiseman, 21, moved out of the house she shared with 25-year-old JLS singer Marvin Humes.

Saturdays star Rochelle Wiseman chats to OK! about Marvin, X Factor 2010 and Nadine Coyle

Exclusive: The Saturdays singer Rochelle Wiseman opens up about her first Christmas with Marvin Humes and who she’s voting for on The X Factor 2010

WE can’t say we’re not jealous of The Saturdays singer Rochelle Wiseman – the girl has got it all!
As if being a fifth of The Saturdays isn’t enough, Rochelle Wiseman also gets to call JLS heartthrob Marvin Humes her boyfriend – and to top it all off, she’s absolutely stunning.

And as this week’s Facebook Friday prize is three pairs of tickets to see The Saturdays at the Kit Kat Senses Concert for a Cure in December, we thought we’d give Rochelle a quick call to find out about what else the girls are up to at the moment

She told us: “It’s been non-stop for the past few weeks actually…We have ten days off for Christmas and as soon as we get back from that we go straight into rehearsals and then we go on tour at the end of January.”

Phew, that’s an awful lot of work for five girls.

But Rochelle told us she’s looking forward to her time off with Marvin this Christmas, which will be the couple’s first Christmas together in their new house.

She said: “The whole family are coming for Christmas, Marvin and I are going to have it at our house this year so everyone is coming to us. It’s going to be really nice, I’m looking forward to it!”

And while we’re on the subject of Marvin, Rochelle says the pair are still ridiculously happy and aren’t letting all the excitement from the ‘outside’ get in the way of their romance.

She told us: “You kind of don’t think about it [being in the limelight]. We don’t know any different, ever since we met each other it’s just how it has been.

“We always make sure we take time to do stuff together, without everyone else there and everyone else gawping in. But it’s just normal for us.”

Credits – something I want to say

Hi everyone!
There is a little something I want to mention.

As a lot of you know, we have a YouTube account with videos from every TV show and performance. How do we get those videos? Our admin Matt records everything from the TV. Not sure how he does it, but he puts a lot of effort and time in this.
And what we see on a few Saturdays fansites, is that people use our videos and don’t give any credit or a little thank you.
I admit, sometimes I forget to credit somebody else, if I don’t know where the original picture came from. But we are 3 very friendly people, and always apologize and change it back when we get a comment about this. And try to do our best to find the source of every picture, video and article.

Now my question is, the next time anyone of you uses a video that’s been captured by Matt or uploaded by Marit. Please just make a little note under it and mention our name.
That shows a lot of respect to the owners!

We really hope to see this in the future 🙂
If so, Thank you!!

THE SATURDAYS LAUNCH £36M POPPY APPEAL

Source: Dailystar

GORGEOUS girlband The Saturdays yesterday urged Brits to pin on a poppy and help the Royal British Legion break all records for fundraising this year.

Launching the annual appeal, now in its 90th year, the Legion wants as many people as possible to support troops to raise more than £36million.

The star-studded launch marks the start of a period of intense campaigning in the run-up to Armistice Day on November 11 and Remembrance Sunday three days later.

After the girls performed a special concert at Colchester Garrison, in Essex, band member Rochelle Wiseman, 21, said: “It’s humbling to be asked to help launch this year’s Poppy Appeal.

“We will do anything we can to support the appeal and our brave armed forces and their families.”

Fellow singer Frankie Sandford, 21, said: “I really admire and respect our Armed Forces and their families. What they do is totally amazing.”

The Saturdays performed for the families and personnel of 16 Air Assault Brigade, which is currently on operations in Afghanistan,

The Poppy Appeal raises money for the injured and their relatives, as well as those who lost loved ones.

Russell Thompson, the Legion’s director of national events and fundraising, said: “Despite the current economic times, we trust the great British public will show their support for those who have sacrificed on behalf of their country.”

Police officer David Rathband, who was blinded by gunman Raoul Moat, helped launch the appeal in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Speaking at the Renwick War Memorial, Pc Rathband, 36, said: “The appeal makes a huge difference to many people far less fortunate than me.”
