Happy Holidays!

Hey all, sorry I’m a bit late with this, I’ve basically been in bed with a virus since the 24th December and still fighting it off now ūüôĀ

Either way I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday period, those who celebrate Christmas got some wonderful presents and most importantly that everyone spent some quality time with those loved ones ūüôā

2013 is nearly upon us, and the girls have a lot in the pipeline it seems!

Una was on an RTE1 program in Ireland called ‘Around the Corner’ which goes outside of Ireland can watch on the RTE website¬†so make sure you catch that. I’m also led to believe that Mollie made a (very brief) appearance on the Spice Girls documentary which I will dig up when I eventually get out of bed!

Spice Up Your Life!

Seems Frankie and Rochelle have an inner Spice Girl afterall as both attended a 90s party last night – for former S Clubber, and All Fired Up Tour Dancer, Aaron – as members of the Spice Girls! Frankie looking like Victoria Beckham (Posh) and Rochelle went as Mel B (Scary) at a party at London’s Nobu club. Sadly it seems Marvin or Wayne didn’t go as Ali G ….

What About Us – OUT NOW!

What About Us image from iTunes USA

We’ve been waiting, well far too long for this, but The Saturdays BRAND NEW SINGLE What About Us is finally released … if you are in the US of course! The awesome new song is out today in the USA¬†on Amazon MP3 and of course iTunes – Canadians can also download the song on iTunes Canada! (see the links below), This will be a long process for the girls in the US and Canada,¬† although the US and Canadian¬†TeamSats have been waiting for years for this to happen and will rush out there and download it (you have right?!) the girls are practically unknown in the US and it could take ages, months even, for the song to gain momentum in the US. The UK release should be happening shortly (pleaseeee)

Update: The Saturdays official Facebook page has posted an update saying that the UK release is now March 2013 … more as we come across it.

Also those in the US and Canada make sure you leave positive reviews on iTunes and Amazon and spread the word!!!

BUY What About Us from iTunes (US & Canada Only) $1.29
BUY What About Us (Remixes) from iTunes (US & Canada Only) $9.99 (Wow)

BUY What About Us (Remixes) from AmazonMP3 (US Only) $9.49

Also a quick update for the lack of updates recently. I have basically no internet at home, which my cable company are saying they should fix it Wednesday evening and to top it all off we’ve been changing Internet providers at work so I’ve had a very on-offline experience these last few days! Full service should resume by Thursday!

The Saturdays hug their way through new trailer for US reality show

They have been living in each other’s pockets for the past few months in their attempt to crack America.

But The Saturdays really are the best of friends and they are seen sharing the love, and a series of warm embraces, in a new trailer for the US reality show.

In the clip, which has been screamed in America but is not available online yet, the quintet are seen hugging it out showing just how close they really are.

Atlanta, Chelsea Lately and more! 1

Good Thursday TeamSats! We first start with the Jingle Bell Ball show in Atlanta last night. The girls theirselves looked stunning in very 2012 ‘Chasing Lights’ attire¬†(I’m trying to find a few pictures but sadly social networking is rather filtered here at work!) but there is seemingly mass confusion over what happened. The initial reports are that the girls actually performed basically as the venue opened (or even before?!) Pictures from Twitter show the girls performing to what is practically an empty venue … they only did two songs too apparently, ‘Up’ and ‘Notorious’ … so what seemed to be a great promo to get their name in the minds of a few people in Atlanta seemingly might have turned out to be a great soundcheck for those performing when there was actually people watching. Anyone with any more information or if you actually attended the show please contact us @TheSatsCoUk with any information you might have!

In slightly better news the girls are set to be on E! show (Pattern developing?) Chelsea Lately on 10th January. On the plus side this is one of the many E! shows that usually appear on TV in the UK the next day, so if all holds true hopefully this will grace our screens here in the UK on 11th January.

Here’s some pictures from a couple of days ago of the girls leaving for Atlanta.
